1. 30 days or more before the first day of the tour
• No cancellation fee (100% refund).
2. 29 to 14 days before the first day of the tour
• A 15% cancellation fee will be applied.
3. 13 to 4 days before the first day of the tour
• A 30% cancellation fee will be applied.
4. 3 to 1 days before the first day of the tour
• A 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
5. On the day of the tour or in case of a no-show
• A 100% cancellation fee will be applied (no refund).
How to Cancel Your Booking
All cancellations must be reported via email to guiajaponexcursion@gmail.com. Please include the following details in your cancellation request:
• Full name used for the booking
• Tour date and name of the tour
• Contact information
• Reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated)
We will process your cancellation as quickly as possible and confirm the cancellation status via email.
